Myron Mylonas is a Director of Deal Advisory at KPMG in Greece covering the real estate sector and a senior real estate executive with more than 20 years of experience in investment, development, asset management, and portfolio management. He currently advises investors and organizations throughout the real estate investment lifecycle, from origination and transaction advisory to business planning, investment management, asset management, operations, and technology applications. Before joining KPMG, he held senior management roles at Hines Greece, Resolute Asset Management Group, and Piraeus Bank Group, leading the asset management of large real estate portfolios and focusing on asset optimization, sales, development, and transaction initiatives across Greece and the Balkans. His sector experience includes hospitality, commercial and residential real estate, real estate technology, and project management. Myron holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and an MBA from Strathclyde Business School.
